The Arpeagi Mod is a miscellaneous mod for Minecraft 1.7.4 that adds in a range of items, from new armour suits, to new weapons and tools, to new items and foods and so much more. This mod can be seen as a complete overhaul as it modifys many of the already existing features of vanilla Minecraft. This mod has been created by the developer Criof8 and is compatible for both client and server.

There is no real way to use the Arpeagi Mod you first of all need to download it with Minecraft Forge and then you can load up your latest save game. When loading all of the mods features should be automatically enabled.
