The X-RAY Mod is a mod that has stirred quite a lot of controversy in the Minecraft Forum. It is effectively a mod that lets you cheat in servers with X-RAY. This lets you see through normal vanilla items so that ores can be clearly seen. Please be wary of that most servers have a X-RAY detection mod installed and you will be kicked if caught using it, use this mod at your own risk because it does have some other features installed too.
How to use the X-RAY Mod:
There is no real way to use the X-RAY Mod, you first of all need to download it with Minecraft Forge and then you can load up your latest save game. When loading all of the mods features should be automatically enabled.

Key Features of the X-RAY Mod:
- This mod is pretty simple to use and is configurable through five easy hot keys.
- First of all, press the ‘X’ key to active X-RAY and be able to see through blocks.
- You can press the ‘L’ key to activate a Nightlight.
- Pressing the ‘R’ key will automatically lead you to a red stone trail.
- Press the ‘C’ key will automatically spawn you with better co-ordinates.
- Pressing the ‘F’ key will allow you to FLY!
How to Install the X-RAY Mod:
- First of all, you need to download and install the latest version of Minecraft Forge.
- Download Minecraft Forge for Minecraft 1.8 by clicking on this bullet point.
- Next, download the X-RAY Mod and drag and drop it into the .minecraft/mods folder of your Minecraft directory.
- Launch Minecraft and enjoy your new mod!
